Mijn visie op goed werkgeverschap is dat het afhankelijk is van 3 succesfactoren. #1 Iedereen in de organisatie weet waar de organisatie voor staat en wat de koers wordt<\/span><\/h2>\n

Als d\u00e1t bij iedereen bekend is, dan pas kan het breed gedragen worden in de organisatie. #2 Verbinding met de organisatie, met elkaar en met zichzelf is onmisbaar<\/span><\/h2>\n

Ik geloof erin dat organisaties en mensen groeien als er meer verbinding is, oftewel, verbinding met de missie van de organisatie, verbinding met elkaar en verbinding met zichzelf. Voor oprechte verbinding is vertrouwen, moed en menselijkheid nodig. #3 Respectvol en eerlijk met elkaar omgaan<\/span><\/h2>\n

Goed werkgeverschap betekent dat je als directie niet vanuit je gouden toren van alles bedenkt, wat op de werkvloer niet gedragen wordt. Goed werkgeverschap betekent dat je als directie en manager volledig transparant bent in de koers die je als organisatie wilt varen. Het betekent dat je iedereen erin betrekt en vertelt wat de voor- en nadelen van een bepaald keuze zijn.
